Registration
TEDPA and NASRA process registrations and payments separately, so where you register depends on your membership. Find the category below that describes you.
NASRA-Only Members
For state relay administrators, representatives, and staff affiliated strictly with the National Association for State Relay Administration.
Dual Members (Member of both NASRA & TEDPA)
If you belong to both associations, you register through NASRA.
TEDPA-Only Members
For equipment distribution program administrators, state managers, and personnel affiliated strictly with TEDPA.
Non-Members & General Attendees
Non-members are individuals who are not part of any state membership, and are not speakers or sponsors, per the guidelines developed by the NASRA membership.
Non-members may attend all conference functions except business meetings and other closed sessions, as determined by the Board.
For industry professionals, consultants, advocates, and guests who are not currently members of either association.

Language & Communication Access
TEDPA and NASRA are committed to full linguistic accessibility. All plenary talks, breakout tracks, and speed networking interactions feature continuous sign language interpretation and live captioning.
Paired ASL Interpreters
General sessions and breakout workshops are staffed with dedicated team pairs to prevent cognitive fatigue and maintain continuous visual translation.
12-Interpreter Speed Pool
During the Tuesday speed-networking rounds, 8 ASL interpreters are positioned at the 6 stations to support rapid multi-directional communications.
CART Live Captioning
Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART) steno streams are displayed live on the main general session projector feeds throughout the program.
